In today's world, change is constant, and the pace of change is increasing dramatically. Organizations will either embrace it or be left behind.
We’re lucky that Credo was founded at this moment, where AI and automation are enabling us to build a modern production company free from inertia. Our foundation is one that combines the art of production with the science of experimentation.
By embracing new technologies and constantly looking for ways to incorporate them into our workflow, we think we have an edge in the field.
To do this we adopt a mindset of continuous learning and experimentation. We try new tools, measure their effectiveness, and deploy those that are most promising. This process of continuous experimentation allows us to stay competitive and bring new capabilities to our clients.
For example, we leverage AI video editors like Opus Clip to scale the production of short form content, ChatGPT to automate script writing and story development, and Midjourney to help with narrative visualization and storyboarding.
It takes some courage to build a production company this way; new technologies might render certain skills useless. But rather than take a defensive stance, we trust that the "art" of production will always be critical, and our ability to scale amazing work will actually increase by embracing innovation with open arms.
